Overview

Flavel Maintence Yard gates 20 feet wide x 88 inches tall. Waterjet cut aluminum, powdercoated and mounted on stainless steel. Fabricated for: Joe Larralde 2012

Goals

Joe came to me with his design on a 8 ½ x 11 inch piece of paper, and said can this be made into 20 foot doors. Waterjet design engineered the drawing into three dimensional layers of powder coated aluminum with a stainless steel back panel. The engineering included structural bolt patterns and standoffs that were incorporated into the visual aesthetics of the finished design.
