Painting, 60″x120″x2″,acrylic on canvas. Installed by client.

Goals

The piece was placed in the waiting area for an out-patient cancer treatment center for a healthcare facility(hospital).

Process

I toured the facility while under construction and photographed the potential site for the piece. I then developed several concepts and produced photoshopped comps for client review. The client review the options through committee(CEO, curator, design committee) and chose the work. The painting was completed over the next month and reviewed and approved while in the studio. The client was responsible for installation.
