Overview

Mural set, printed onto glass for lobby of new Hutch Metro Center medical campus for Montefiore. The mural was designed in Photoshop using original photography, to reflect local flora and create a relaxing and distracting environment for patients and their families. Today size: 9' x 100'

Goals

Goal was to design organic and peaceful imagery to create a unified look with the architecture, which included wood and falling water.

Process

Most of the collaboration took place between the interior design department led by Shiva Shahdi. Also had communication with Skyline Design, Chicago, the fabricator of the pieces.

Additional Information

The center opened on November for patients and the feedback has been very positive.
