Goals

"Carved in Stone" as a monumental and eternal application to commemorate the Air Force military branch and its importance for the United States.

Process

Architect James Ingo Freed of Pei Cobb Freed and Partners provided the design and artwork. Centex Construction as the GC was involved in the logistics and planing of the execution.
