After earning her BFA with honors from U.GA, McCampbell worked in the art field in NYC, London, Florence, Italy, LA and currently resides in Franklin, TN. After many years as a commercial artist in Los Angeles, McCampbell works primarily on Public Art Projects and Fine Art commissions for both commercial and residential spaces. She creates works in media from painted mobile art to stained-glass designs and sculpture. McCampbell is a sought after art teacher and teaches in both the US and Europe with her company "Artistic Adventures Abroad." She is a GOLDEN Acrylic Certified Educator and a Gamblin Dedicated Artist Instructor and has been teaching art for over 16 years. Her in-depth knowledge of art materials, design and principles of art, provide each student with a strong background in foundational art school instruction. McCampbell believes that, “If you understand your medium, the basics of design theory and enjoy playing, then you will achieve your vision.”
