Margaret Griffith is a Los Angeles-based artist who works primarily with paper and metal to create large-scale installations, sculptures, public art and works on paper based on man made barriers addressing social and political issues. Griffith has shown nationally and internationally at many institutions and galleries. She is a 2023-24 recipient of the Los Angeles DCA Trailblazer Award; 2017 recipient of the Davyd Whaley Mid-Artist Career Grant and the 2014 Artist-In-Residence at The LUX Art Institute in Encinitas, CA.
