I create video installations. By immersing myself in new technologies, I have had the opportunity to create a number of large-scale installations and in the process have had many rewarding and collaborative experiences. My video installations are on many topics, including climate change, and have been exhibited in the US, South America & Europe. A number of my video installations are in the permanent collection of Delta Air Lines and installed in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Los Angeles and LaGuardia/New York airports. I studied in Switzerland at the Zurich University of the Arts. I was selected by PBS for Project Filmmaker, where one of my films was televised nationally, funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. My photographs and video installations are in permanent museum, corporate and private collections. I've exhibited internationally in The Louvre Museum/Paris and The Museum of Contemporary Art/Rome. “Cheryl's photographs, short films and installations present the observer with a feeling that they are witnessing something profound, perhaps even from the beyond.
