London based artist Kate Maestri specialises in the innovative use of contemporary architectural glass. She works to commission in collaboration with architects and engineers across a wide range of site-specific projects. Her work explores the use of structural and three-dimensional, contemporary stained glass. The intent is to create an environment in which the colour, light and form of sculptural glass works in harmony with the architecture. Clients include Land Securities, British Land, the Kings Fund, NHS Trusts and local authorities, and she has collaborated with such architects as Jestico + Whiles, Foster + Partners and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
