Elizabeth MacDonald's work can be seen in many private, corporate, and museum collections in the U.S. and worldwide. Her murals have been commissioned by hotels in Tokyo and Hong Kong, and by medical centers, financial institutions, and major national corporations in New York, Boston, and Baltimore. MacDonald, who lives in Bridgewater, Connecticut, has been the recipient of numerous awards, and in 1999 received the Governor's Arts Award in visual arts. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Chatham College, and attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
