Chris Triola is an award-winning textile artist best known for her knit fabrics that are produced in limited edition and made into one-of-a-kind garments. Her pieces have been selected for exhibit and sale at juried national shows and museums since 1990, including the Smithsonian and the Philadelphia Art Museum. An extensive background in the arts includes BA and MA degrees in Art and Art Education from Michigan State University, with an emphasis on drawing, painting, and serigraphy. Chris has recently returned to her roots as a painter, creating "textile paintings" out of saved pieces of her own fabrics.
