This is a request for qualifications and a preliminary proposal for a site-specific, narrative projection mapping display set to music.
• The City will provide the projector for this project.
• The installation is to be on display as early as October 4th and as late as November 1st, 2024.
• The surface for projection is a single-story gothic structure approximately 45’ wide.
• The project budget is not to exceed $20,000.

LUMENAURA: Aurora’s inaugural illuminated art experience will light up the downtown riverfront throughout the month of October 2024. A three-day festival weekend from October 11 through October 13 will feature dozens of immersive art experiences, performances, and dazzling light projections. The dynamic weekend of events will include live music, roving performers, live street art, and more.
