  • Brief Description

    Seeking artist qualifications for the design of integrated artworks at the VenturaWaterPure — Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF), a forthcoming water treatment facility in Ventura, California. VenturaWaterPure aims to create a platform for artist-led initiatives that celebrate the story of water recycling and highlight the ecological significance of new water resources while also incorporating an educational component to promote water recycling awareness.

    This RFQ is open to professional artists or teams experienced in creating integrated public art. Applicants must demonstrate the following:

    • A history of professional activity and achievement as an artist;
    • Experience in managing complex projects, including technical competence in fabrication and installation procedures; and
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary design/engineering teams; and to procure and direct the work of subcontractors/consultants.
