West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development (WPKND) is seeking proposals for a project that will consist of wrapping ten utility boxes located at various locations in the West Park neighborhood. Up to fifteen artists will be selected to create proposals. Selected artists will be paid a stipend of $200, with an additional $200 stipend paid to ten artists whose proposals will be installed in Summer 2024. Submissions are due November 30 by midnight. Local artists are preferred.
