The City of Richardson, Texas seeks to commission artists for four upcoming opportunities related to facility renovation
projects as part of the 2021 Bond Program. These opportunities are open to US-based artists with the capacity to successfully complete design and installation/fabrication within the timeline. The submission process is described below.

Up to three (3) finalists will be selected to develop concept proposals for each of these four opportunities.
The budgets for the projects range from $45,000 to $300,000.
Submissions are due Dec. 11, 2023.
