The City of Petaluma (“City”) is seeking qualified applicants to collaborate with park builders for the design of a public artwork-playground structure at Kenilworth Park. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) outlines the opportunity for qualified designers, artists, firms, and creative teams (“Artist”) to apply to work with the City’s contracted Park Designer to design the public art-playground structure. This opportunity invites qualified applicants to apply for a $30,000 awarded contract using the City’s Public Art Fund for creative services to design a public art-playground structure proposal for Kenilworth Park in close collaboration with the City’s Park Designer, as well as provide other creative services and project management throughout the design phase of the project and participate through the project's entirety.
