Through Oregon’s Percent for Art in Public Places Program, the Oregon Arts Commission and the Department of Administrative Services seeks to commission artworks for three exterior locations at the North Valley Complex, a newly renovated building in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Artists and artist teams who reside in the states of Oregon or Washington are eligible to apply. Emerging artists and artists from traditionally or currently under-served communities, including communities of color, are especially encouraged to apply. Artists with current contracts through Oregon’s Percent for Art in Public Places program are not eligible.
