The San Antonio River Authority in partnership with Bexar County, seeks to commission an artist to create a 3-dimensional work of art for Phase 4 of San Pedro Creek Culture Park (Culture Park). The artwork will serve as a beacon for the El Paso Street Trailhead (where El Paso Street crossed the creek) and celebrate the unique history of the Culture Park. The artwork should be visible from street while also being accessible to pedestrian traffic and may be located near the trailhead or parking lot entrance.

The opportunity is open to all professional artists, age 18 and over and residing in Bexar County, TX.
