The San Antonio River Authority in partnership with Bexar County, seeks to commission artists and writers to create custom tile patterns, graphics for decorative metal screens, and poetry for Phase 2, 3, and 4 of San Pedro Creek Culture Park (Culture Park). The custom tile designs will be translated into hand-made ceramic tiles that will be located on benches throughout the three phases. The decorative metal screens will be placed in the landscaping along the creek between El Paso and Guadalupe Streets and will provide privacy from the adjacent parking lot. The poetry will be etched into limestone blocks that are used to form retaining walls throughout the 3 phases.
