Overview
Granite floor and entrance lobby.. 20 foot diameter medallion and military emblem for the US Army’s premier educational institution.
Goals
Goal of the project was to create a fitting central feature that reflected the austere palette of the US Army, yet was dramatic and inspiring.
Process
Architect, medallion specifier, fabricator and installation contractor worked over 1-2 years to select materials and finalize design elements.
Additional Information
Result is a permanent feature that symbolizes the historic setting and the educational center to the United States Army.
