Overview

TELUS garden has transformed an entire city block in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Its innovative design and master plan were created by Henriquez Partners Architects. TELUS, North America’s leading technology company, and Westbank, Canada’s premier real estate developer, partnered to bring this next-generation mixed-use development to market.

Goals

The 24-storey signature office building features LEED Platinum standards certification. Architectural elements include a spectacular double-height wood-sculpted roof and glass-encased lobby with flourishing gardens, a pristine plaza, cantilevered 4-story sky gardens, a rooftop forest, expansive green roofs, and LED integrated facade lighting to support graphic animation and videos.
