Overview
The client wanted unique artwork in this new building.
Goals
The area that this artwork was going into was for traumatic brain injury and Alzheimer patients. The client wanted artwork that would help the patients find their way in the area. A music theme was also requested, as music is typically the last thing that Alzheimer patients remember.
Process
I submitted several sketches with a music theme, from more literal to more abstract. We went back and forth several times until this one was chosen. Bright colors were also recommended.
